Great lightweight and thicker mat for youa

I was skeptical when I first got this mat because it is lightweight and thinner than my other yoga mat. I have been using this mat for several months now and I am very happy with it. It is lightweight, but dense so it works great in yoga classes. I have used it in the studio and for yoga at the brewery (which is on a concrete floor) and it is now my preferred yoga mat for classes. Especially since it is lightweight to carry around with me. The only class I prefer my older thicker and heavier mat for is yoga nidra. That is because the nonslip sticks to my clothes when I am trying to get settled and when getting up after laying down for such an extended time. I do recommend this mat and I would purchase it again.
